Every two years we hold a fun banquet to catch up with old friends and induct new members to the Northwest Ski Hall of Fame. We just had out 2016 banquet that was exceptionally fun and filled with skier's camaraderie. We will be back at it in 2018 and will work on hosting an even better banquet with improved sound systems and more mingling time. Gus Raaum 1926-2014
Gustav (Gus) Raaum was born in Brevik, Norway in 1926 and passed away December 28, 2014 on Mercer Island, WA, surrounded by his family. In early childhood, his family moved to Lillehammer, several years before the German invasion and the Nazi occupation.
