In an ongoing effort to stay connected with all our members, we are asking everyone to complete a free Membership Renewal Form.
Why do we need to renew?
People move, email addresses change, cities change and so do zip codes, we even miss type your information, some members no longer wish to receive communications, and unfortunately, we sometimes learn too late that a member has passed away. Keeping our records current helps us stay connected and serve our members better.
Going forward, membership will need to be renewed every two years to remain active. There is no cost to renew. We are starting our first biennial renewal now, and in the future, renewal requests will be sent around the time of our biennial banquet.
We know our members have different preferences. Some prefer to receive the newsletter by mail, while others prefer email. We also have members who originally signed up with a company email address that later became inactive. With the rising cost of printing and postage, receiving the newsletter by email helps us stay in contact with you while keeping our costs to a minimum. Your renewal also helps us make sure you are receiving communications in the way you prefer.
A regular renewal process helps us keep our mailing and email lists accurate, saves time and money, and allows us to continue providing newsletters and other club communications to our members.
